The Unlock your Student XP (the "Competition")

Terms & Conditions (the "Terms")

1. The promoter of this Competition is Student.com Ventures Limited whose registered office is at Trident Chambers, PO Box 141, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands[TM1] (the "Promoter").

2. The Competition will be comprised of three prize draws (each a "Draw") as follows:

a) "Draw One" shall run from its opening date of 15:00 BST on [23^rdJune 2025] until its closing date of 23:59 BST on [21^st July 2025] inclusive;

b) "Draw Two" shall run from its opening date of 09:00 BST on [28^th July 2025] until its closing date of 23:59 BST on [7^th September 2025] inclusive; and

c) The "Grand Prize Draw" shall run from its opening date of 00:01 BST on [16^th June 2025] until its closing date of 23:59 BST on [8^th September 2025] inclusive.

The window between each Draw's opening date and closing date are referred to in these Terms as its respective "Competition Period".

3. The Competition is only open to participants who satisfy the conditions as set out under these Terms ("Participant(s)"/"you"/"your"/"their").

Eligibility

4. The Competition is open to natural persons around the world who, as at the applicable closing date of the Draw entered into:

a) are legally permitted to: (i) participate in the Competition; and (ii) accept and receive the Prizes;

b) are full-time students who are attending or planning to attend university [in 2025];

c) are legally permitted to reside in student accommodation;

d) have access to the internet and a valid email address;

e) are at least 17 years old. Participants aged under the age of 18 as of the closing date of a Draw they have entered into must procure the permission of their parent or legal guardian in order for their Entry to be considered valid. Parents or legal guardians agree to be bound by the obligations set out in these Terms, as applicable;

Employees of the Promoter, WMG Management Europe Limited ("Wasserman"), Racing Bulls S.p.A, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other third party directly associated with and responsible for the facilitation of the Competition (and in each case their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.

5. The Promoter makes no representation as to the lawfulness of an individual's participation in the Competition or ability to accept and receive a Prize. It is each Participant's obligation to ensure that their participation in the Competition and acceptance and receipt of any Prize is legal. Where it is not, the Promoter shall have no liability to the relevant Participant.

Entry

6. To enter into Draw One or Draw Two, Participants must visit [https://studentxp.vcarb.student.com/unlock_student_xp] and complete the online form with their details (including their full name, email address, age and country of residence) prior to the closing date for that Draw (an "Entry"). Only one Entry is permitted per person per Draw.

7. To enter into the Grand Prize Draw, prior to the closing date of the Grand Prize Draw, Participants must accumulate 2,000XP during the total Competition Period, as follows:

a) complete one valid Entry for either Draw One or Draw Two (worth 200XP). Only one entry is permitted per Participant and submitting multiple Entries will not accumulate additional XP;

b) visit [https://studentxp.vcarb.student.com/unlock_student_xp/survey] and complete all survey questions (worth 500XP). Only one survey response is permitted per Participant and submitting multiple survey responses will not generate additional XP; and

c) complete a confirmed booking with a duration of at least 41 weeks on yugo.com or student.com before 29 September 2025 at a location where the relevant Participant is attending or is planning to attend university (worth 1,300XP). Cancellation of a booking prior to the Grand Prize Draw closing date will result in your Entry being forfeited. Making multiple bookings per Participant will not result in the accumulation of additional XP. Personal data in respect of bookings on yugo.com will be handled in accordance with Yugo's privacy policy, available at: [yugo.com/en-gb/policy]. Personal data in respect of bookings on student.com will be handled in accordance with Student.com's privacy policy, available at: [https://www.student.com/terms/privacy].

8. The Promoter (and, where applicable, Wasserman) reserve the right to audit information provided in connection with the submission of an Entry. The Promoter may require Participants to provide proof of any of the criteria listed in Clauses 4, 6, and 7. Any failure by Participants to provide such proof upon request may result in that Participant's Entry being withdrawn from the Competition and/or the forfeiture of a Prize being awarded, as applicable.

9. The Promoter will not accept any Entry that is incomplete, ineligible, submitted by a third party, submitted on behalf of an entity or organisation, tampered with, contains anything which is obscene or defamatory or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Terms.

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Entry that is lost, damaged, delayed in transit or otherwise mislaid, regardless of cause, including but not limited to postal failures, strike action, equipment failure, signal or network failure, or hardware or software failure of any kind including, but not limited to, the temporary unavailability of the Promoter's services. The Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents and any and all internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human error; technical malfunctions or defects of computer systems or websites utilised as part of the Competition, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost; and any entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated or illegible.

11. The Promoter will not accept proof of transmission or similar evidence as proof of receipt by the Promoter of a valid Entry to the Competition. The question as to whether an Entry was received in accordance with these Terms will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter, acting reasonably.

Prizes

12. Prizes shall be awarded to winning Participants, chosen at random from eligible Entries, as follows:

a) Draw One: 25 Participants shall receive:

i) One Visa Cash App Racing Bulls ("VCARB") jersey. Participants will be contacted via their email address in order to request a jersey for their size, subject to availability; and

ii) One VCARB baseball cap signed by a VCARB team member.

b) Draw Two: 10 Participants shall receive one access pass to a 15-minute virtual VCARB team member meet and greet to be organised at a time and date determined by the Promoter. The selected Participants must comply with the reasonable behaviour standards required by the Promoter in respect of the meet and greet. Where a winning Participant is unable to attend at the scheduled time, no alternative prize will be made available.

c) The Grand Prize Draw: One Participant shall receive one of the following prizes (to be determined by the Promoter following consultation with the winning Participant):

i) Grand Prize Option 1: 1 x yugo.com voucher up to the value of $15,000 (USD), which must be redeemed on certain eligible Yugo properties at the location where the winning Participant is attending or is planning to attend university, subject to availability]; OR

ii) Grand Prize Option 2: 2 x general admission to a race experience for the 2026 season (at a race weekend to be determined by the Promoter, subject to availability). Subject to availability, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the relevant race experience is near to the winning Participant's country of residence. This includes: (i) 3-star accommodation or equivalent for two people for three consecutive nights for the race experience referred to above; (ii) [2 x return flights from the winning Participant's home country to the race experience location]; (iii) transport to and from the overnight accommodation and the race experience referred to above (as determined by the Promoter), as required; and (iv) $1,000 (USD) of spending money.

13. Save where otherwise stated, any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of a prize, such as tax, travel insurance or other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winning Participant.

14. Winning Entries will be selected at random by Wasserman within three working days of the relevant closing date of the applicable Draw from all eligible Entries received during the relevant Competition Period.

15. The Participant with the winning Entry will be contacted via the email address associated with their Entry within three working days of the winning Participant being selected. If the winning Participant does not respond within four working days, an alternative winner will be selected. This process will repeat as necessary until all Prizes have been awarded.

16. The winning Participants may be announced on the Promoter's or its affiliates' websites and social media accounts. By participating in the Competition, you grant permission for the Promoter, its affiliates and third parties authorised by the Promoter to record and use your voice, image and likeness captured by any means (including using mobile devices, telephones and cameras) in connection with any Prizes. This may be used in photographic images and/or films and for advertising.

17. The Prizes listed in Clause 12 are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to replace the Prize or part of the Prize with an alternative prize(s) if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the delivery or fulfilment of the Prize or part of the Prize is reasonably difficult to execute or impossible, then the Prize may not be delivered to its recipient, in which case the Promoter shall not be responsible for any expenses or damages whatsoever sustained by the respective Participant in connection with their Prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the non-fulfilment or part fulfilment of the Prize which is the responsibility of any third party. All taxes, fees, and surcharges, if any, that may be payable with respect to the winning Participant's receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winning Participant.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

General Terms

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winning Participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter, Wasserman, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize(s).

22. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon submission of their Entry and agree to the use of their name and likeness being used by the Promoter for promotional purposes in connection with the Competition without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

23. These Terms shall govern this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time and always acting reasonably, refuse entry, disqualify or refuse participation to anyone in breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

24. All personal data supplied for this Competition will be used for the facilitation of this Competition and for research and analytical purposes. Save where otherwise specified, personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: [www.student.com/terms/privacy]. 25. Subject to the relevant Participant's statutory rights, the Competition and these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the relevant Participant's statutory rights, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
